降低换热器的热交换效率
润滑油的导热系数远低于制冷剂(常见制冷润滑油的导热系数仅为R22、R410A等制冷剂的1/10至1/20)。当润滑油随制冷剂循环并附着在蒸发器和冷凝器的内壁时,会在换热表面形成油膜。该油膜起到隔热层的作用,增加了换热的热阻,显著降低了蒸发器和冷凝器的传热效率。
对于蒸发器而言,换热效率下降会导致制冷剂蒸发不充分,蒸发温度降低,甚至出现液态制冷剂进入压缩机(液击)的现象,严重危及压缩机的安全运行。对于冷凝器而言,散热能力下降会导致冷凝压力和温度升高,增加压缩机的功耗,降低系统的整体制冷量和能效比(EER)。
