Positive Effects: It has excellent low-temperature fluidity to guarantee smooth oil supply for low-temperature units and normal operation of reciprocating mechanisms. It mixes well with environmentally friendly refrigerants to maintain stable heat transfer efficiency. It features good chemical stability and is not easy to deteriorate or produce sludge at high temperatures.
Negative Effects: Its oil film strength is lower than that of mineral oil, leading to slightly insufficient sealing and increased internal leakage. It has strong hygroscopicity. Excessive moisture will cause ice blockage, coil corrosion and refrigerant decomposition, so strict drying treatment of the system is required.
