Internal System Blockage — One-Minute Judgment Method
Once the refrigeration system is internally blocked, the refrigerant will "not be able to flow". The pressure and temperature in front of the blockage point are high, while the pressure and temperature behind the blockage point are low, and the suction pressure will also drop significantly. The most prone place to get blocked is usually the dry filter.
Common blockage locations:
・Dry filter
・Thermal expansion valve orifice
Quick judgment methods:
・Touch both ends of the dry filter with your hand: if
the front end is hot and the rear end is cold, it is basically blocked.
・Observe the system performance: low suction pressure, cold evaporator, abnormal condenser temperature, etc.
Conclusion: If the system blockage is not handled in time, it will cause abnormal compressor load and even damage the equipment. Checking the dry filter in time can restore the normal circulation of the system and make the refrigeration effect more stable.
